BOOKING CONDITIONS

The contracted stay includes from 15:00 on the day of entry to 12:00 on the day of departure.

The stay may be affected by restrictions imposed or to be imposed by both the Central Government and the Government of Navarra. Making the reservation means accepting and adapting to them, taking into account that in the event of possible perimeter confinements the hotel may be forced to close.

ENTRY TIME: FROM 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. DEPARTURE TIME: UNTIL 12:00 AM Exclusive restaurant for guests staying at the hotel and only dinner service. In the case of wanting to use the restaurant, it is necessary to make a reservation before 6:00 p.m.: The reservation and cancellation conditions described here are applicable to reservations made directly with the hotel through its own channels (telephone, web, email...). Reservations made through external operators may have their own conditions outside the hotel. Reservations are guaranteed until 20:00 on the day of arrival. After that time, if the hotel has not received any communication from the client, it will consider it as "no show" and proceed to cancel the reservation.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS GENERAL RATE: All reservations entail the payment of 25% of the total at the time of making the reservation. For cancellations received more than 10 days prior to the date of entry, the deposit paid WILL BE REFUNDED. For cancellations received 10 days or less prior to the date of entry, the deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. In the case of "early departure" the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to one night in addition to those already enjoyed.

The amount refunded will be the amount paid minus commissions, the amount paid by the client in case of no show, withdrawal or cancellation, early departure... will be a minimum of what corresponds to the amount of one night (FD 48/1994 of February 21).

MODIFICATIONS:

A confirmed reservation may be modified in date. If the modification request occurs less than 10 days before the date of entry of the original reservation, in case of later cancellation, the deposit paid initially will not be refundable.

The current rate of the new reserved period will be applicable as well as the conditions of minimum stays and others.

SPECIAL RATES:

The hotel reserves the right to establish in its calendar periods or days of rates with special reservation and cancellation conditions. GROUP RESERVATIONS: In case of reservations of 3 or more rooms, the hotel may request a guarantee deposit of 40% of the total reservation, being the reservation and cancellation conditions different.%

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellations communicated or received more than 10 days before the arrival date will lead to the refund of the advance payment. For cancellations communicated or received less than 10 days before the arrival date, the advance will not be returned. The realization of the reservation implies the acceptance by the client of our cancellation policy.
